ELSWORTH, Chief Justice. —

The question, how far a statement of facts by the Circuit Court is conclusive, having been already argued in another cause(a), we are prepared to give an opinion upon that point; but will reserve for further consideration, the objection, that the present decree is not such a statement of facts, as the law contemplates.
