¶ 1 Attorney Bridget E. Boyle appeals the report of James J. Winiarski, referee, recommending discipline of a four-month license suspension, the imposition of costs, and restitution to a client in the amount of $2,500. The referee found that Attorney Boyle committed nine of the ten charged counts of misconduct that were tried at a hearing before the referee.
