Beal Bank sought a deficiency judgment on two promissory notes secured by the Sarichs' stocks and property. The Sarichs argue that Beal Bank failed to act in a commercially reasonable manner when, instead of liquidating the pledged stocks, it elected to get a judgment on the notes...
