In this appeal, we consider whether a defendant preserved an objection made in a motion to strike at the conclusion of the plaintiff's evidence, when the defendant moved to renew its motion to strike at the conclusion of the trial. We hold that the defendant failed to preserve its argument regarding the validity of an assignment of a breach of contract claim to the plaintiff, because the defendant failed to state its renewed...
