¶1 D.K.A.T. (Child) was born in Minnesota, where she lived for over two and a half years until her biological mother (Birth Mother) relinquished her to a Utah adoption agency (the Agency). Birth Mother misrepresented to the Agency that Child's biological father was unknown. The Agency placed Child with E.K.S....
