ROTH, Judge:

¶ 1 Teresa Ockey sued Club Jam and Jam in the Marmalade, LLC (the Club) for personal injuries she sustained after a ladder she was using inside the Club collapsed unexpectedly. The district court granted the Club's motion for summary judgment, and Ockey appealed.
