¶ 1 While not apparent from her brief, and Massey did not see fit to file a responsive brief, Dalton-Zander necessarily appeals only from an Order for Sanctions and Judgment entered on January 31, 2011. Indeed, appeal from any other order would not be timely. See Utah R.App. P. 4(a) (requiring that an appeal must be filed within thirty days from the entry of judgment).
