Appellant, Jasper Clayton, pleaded guilty to facilitation of aggravated robbery. The trial court granted him judicial diversion for a three-year period. The State petitioned the court to revoke appellant's judicial diversion, and after a hearing, the trial court granted the State's request, revoking appellant's judicial diversion and sentencing him to three years' incarceration.
