This is a personal injury case. Appellant slipped and fell in a puddle of water while on Appellee's premises. Appellant's attorney filed her complaint one day after the statute of limitations had run on her claim. Appellee filed a motion for summary judgment, arguing that Appellant's suit was time-barred.
