This appeal arises out of disciplinary proceedings against a physician before the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners. The proceedings were instituted after the New York State Board for Professional Medical Conduct disciplined the physician. The Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners revoked the physician's medical license and the physician appealed to the chancery court pursuant to Tennessee Code Annotated section 4-5-322...
