Cooper ("Cooper") sued Phillip Glasser, Richard Glasser, and David Glasser ("the Defendants1") in the Circuit Court for Davidson County ("the Trial Court") for, among other things, breach of contract. Cooper previously had filed two lawsuits arising out of the same underlying facts as those of this lawsuit.
