Petitioner, Timothy D. McGlory, was convicted following the entry of his guilty pleas to attempted second degree murder and possession of a Schedule I drug for resale. Pursuant to the plea agreement, Petitioner was sentenced to 12 years for his attempted second degree murder conviction and eight years for the drug offense, and his sentences were ordered to be served concurrently, for an effective sentence of 12 years.
