Dawn M. Pontious appeals two post-trial orders issued in a partition action. We affirm.

Pontious purchased the subject property with Respondents Diana L. Winters (Diana) and Jason R. Winters (Jason). On March 7, 2006, Pontious filed this action for a partition of the property.
