SHORT, J.

In this medical malpractice action, Robert Guinan appeals the master-in-equity's1 grant of defendants' summary judgment motion, arguing substantial issues of discovery remained unresolved and Dr. Avinash Gupta's (Gupta) testimony implicated the defendants in deviations from the standard of care. We affirm.
