The plaintiffs, Michael H. Hayden, D.O., Gary G. King, D.O., and John M. Corsi, D.O., appeal an order of the Superior Court granting a motion to stay proceedings and compel arbitration brought by the defendant, Rhode Island Primary Care Physicians Corporation (RIPCPC).1
