The plaintiff, Linda Pereira, brought suit to recover damages for injuries she suffered when she fell at Kent Heights Park in East Providence. She now appeals from the entry of summary judgment in favor of the defendant, Kevin Fitzgerald, in his capacity as Treasurer of the City of East Providence (the city).
