Genuardi's Family Market, Inc. ("Genuardi's") and Safeway, Inc. ("Safeway") (collectively, "Tenant") appeal from the March 1, 2010 order filed by the Court of Common Pleas, Chester County, following a bench trial in this breach of contract action initiated by Newman Development Group of Pottstown, LLC ("Landlord").
