Although both parties have raised a number of issues for our consideration, we find it necessary to reach only one. That issue is whether the statute of repose for improvements to real property set forth in 42 PA.CONS.STAT.ANN. § 5536 bars asbestos personal injury claims against entities engaged in performing or furnishing the design, planning, supervision...
