Following a jury trial, on October 19, 2011, appellant was found guilty of murder in the first degree, violating the Uniform Firearms Act ("VUFA"), and aggravated assault. Appellant was found not guilty of possessing an instrument of a crime ("PIC"). The charges related to the December 26, 2009 shooting death of Gjon Goods.
