Sunrise Lake Association and Conashaugh Lake Community Association (Objectors1) contest the order of the Court of Common Pleas of Pike County (trial court) which reversed the Dingman Township Zoning Hearing Board's (ZHB) denial of the application of JoJo Oil Company, Inc., d/b/a Airline Petroleum (Applicant) for a special exception permit for a "bulk fuel transfer station."
