Morton Grove Pharmaceuticals, Inc. and Wockhardt USA, LLC (collectively "Morton Grove") appeal from the trial court's November 18, 2011 order overruling their preliminary objections that were premised upon a position that certain of the counts in question were pre-empted under federal law. This appeal is one of four related appeals arising from mass tort litigation involving Plaintiffs, persons whom were allegedly injured after ingesting metoclopramide...
