Hap Al Seiders ("Seiders") appeals from his judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County following his conviction for bigamy. The issue before us is whether the Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County has subject matter jurisdiction over the offense of bigamy where the second marriage took place in Las Vegas, Nevada.
