Dart Container Corporation (Employer) challenges the disfigurement award for 70 weeks of benefits granted by the Workers' Compensation Appeal Board (Board), which substantially increased the disfigurement award entered by the Workers' Compensation Judge (WCJ) under Section 306(c)(22) of the Workers' Compensation Act.1 Employer argues that the Board erred in modifying the WCJ's award for 22 weeks of benefits...
