OPINION BY MUSMANNO, J.:

¶ 1 Alvin Bedell ("Bedell") appeals from the trial court's denial of his first Petition for relief filed pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act ("PCRA"). See 42 Pa. C.S.A. §§ 9541-46. We affirm.

¶ 2 On December 7, 2005, at a SEPTA station at Garrett Road and Lansdowne Avenue, Bedell snatched a wallet from the victim's hand and fled. The victim was using the wallet to support a note that he was writing...
