In 2015, a jury found defendant guilty of unlawful use of a weapon, ORS 166.220, unlawful use of a weapon with a firearm, ORS 161.610, and menacing, ORS 163.190, and we affirmed those convictions on appeal. State v. Garrett, 290 Or.App. 172, 412 P.3d 1252
