En Banc.

BREWER, J.

The issue on review following defendant's conviction for first-degree sexual abuse is whether the trial court erred in excluding from evidence at trial, on the ground that it was not helpful to the jury, expert testimony that defendant proffered in support of his theory that certain statements that he had made were not, in fact, actual confessions of guilt.
