Wife appeals from a supplemental judgment modifying spousal support and relieving husband of the obligation to submit to a physical examination pursuant to ORS 107.820(3), so that wife may purchase insurance on his life. Because we conclude that some of the trial court's findings concerning wife's income are inconsistent with the record, and we also conclude that the record does not establish a substantial change in circumstances necessary for a modification...
