Petitioner R & R Tree Service, Inc. seeks review of an order of the Director of the Department of Consumer and Business Services (DCBS) upholding a 2008 final premium audit result by SAIF Corporation (SAIF), petitioner's workers' compensation insurer.1 Based on the audit, SAIF required petitioner to pay an increased premium for the premium year July 1, 2007 to June 30, 2008....
