Claimant seeks judicial review of a final order of the Employment Appeals Board denying her claim for unemployment benefits. After we affirmed without opinion, the Supreme Court vacated our decision and remanded for reconsideration in light of McDowell v. Employment Dept., 348 Or. 605, 236 P.3d 722 (2010).
