¶ 1 Appellants Stephen Capron and the law firm of Capron & Edwards, PLLC (C & E) appeal the trial court's entry of summary judgment against them in favor of Appellee Oklahoma Attorneys Mutual Insurance Company (OAMIC) in this declaratory judgment action.
