Relator submitted an affidavit of indigence in lieu of a filing fee. It has come to the court's attention that on April 2, 2001, in 2001-0314, State ex rel. Bristow v. Crawford Cty. Court of Common Pleas, this court issued an entry prohibiting the clerk of this court from accepting new cases from Lonny Lee Bristow without the docket fee and security deposit required by the Rules of Practice of the Supreme Court of Ohio.
