DISCIPLINARY COUNSEL v. CHUPARKOFF.

{¶ 1} On July 27, 2016, and pursuant to Gov.Bar R. V(19)(A)(1)(b), relator, disciplinary counsel, filed with this court a motion for interim remedial suspension, alleging that respondent, Mark Andrew Chuparkoff, has engaged in conduct that violates the Ohio Rules of Professional Conduct and poses a substantial threat of serious harm to the public. Respondent did not file a response, and this matter was considered by the court.
