("appellants") appeal from the May 30, 2014 Judgment Entry of the Stark County Court of Common Pleas affirming the layoff decision of Defendant-Appellee City of Massillon ("City") as approved by Defendant-Appellee Massillon Civil Service Commission ("Commission").
