{¶ 1} Defendants-appellants, Chet Eten and Donna Eten, appeal from a decision of the Butler County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment and default judgment in favor of plaintiff-appellee, Bank of America, N.A. (Bank of America), successor by merger to BAC Home Loans Servicing, L.P. f.k.a. Countrywide Home Loan Servicing, L.P. For the reasons discussed below, we affirm the decision of the trial court.
