{¶ 1} We are asked to determine whether the trial court failed to properly impose a mandatory three-year post-release control sentence in a prior 2006 case, when the court sentenced Defendant-Appellant, Michael Dean, to serve "up to" three years of post-release control. In the event that the trial court erred in the 2006 case, we must decide if the 24-month prison sentence that was imposed in the present case for violation...
