{¶1} The State of Ohio appeals from the decision of the Portage County Municipal Court, Ravenna Division, which granted appellee, Holly F. Hatcher's, motion to suppress. Ms. Hatcher sought suppression of her BAC results from an Intoxilyzer 8000 test, and the trial court made such a determination based on the state's failure to present any expert testimony on the subject of the Intoxilyzer 8000's scientific reliability...
