{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Harrison Township ("the Township"), filed July 13, 2012. The Township appeals from the trial court's June 13, 2012 "Decision and Entry Granting Declaratory Judgment and other Relief in Favor of Plaintiff City of Oakwood."
