{¶ 1} In July 2011, TaShaun Jones pleaded guilty to two counts of aggravated robbery, one count of carrying a concealed weapon, one count of underage purchase of a firearm or handgun, and three counts of felonious assault, two of which involved police officers. These charges stemmed from Jones's robbing a pizza-delivery driver, firing a gun at the driver seven times, and exchanging gun fire with undercover police officers...
