{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, M. Jennifer Gentry, along with her husband, Robert Gentry, and two minor children, appeal a decision in the Warren County Court of Common Pleas granting summary judgment to defendants-appellees, John and Rhonda Wetzig. For the reasons outlined below, we affirm.
