{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Damien Cantrell appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of criminal damaging, in violation of R.C. 2909.06(A)(1), a misdemeanor of the second degree. Cantrell filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on May 8, 2012.
