FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Jason M. Overman appeals from a judgment of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas, which denied his petition for post-conviction relief and motion to vacate his guilty plea. For the following reasons, the judgment of the trial court will be affirmed.
