{¶1} Appellant Randall M. Rainer appeals his divorce decree issued by the Noble County Court of Common Pleas. In his appeal he challenges the court's decision not to fully adopt the parties "do-it-yourself" dissolution and separation agreement, and also alleges error with the division of marital property. Appellant contends that the trial judge was required to accept the separation agreement negotiated by the parties...
