{¶ 1} Plaintiffs-appellants, Zimara C. Ball, by and through Kelli T. Schreck and Deborah K. Craft, and Deborah K. Craft, individually, appeal from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas in favor of defendants-appellees, Jessica L. Stark and Maronda Homes of Ohio, Inc. ("Maronda Homes").
