{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Kevin D. Shipp appeals from his conviction and sentence for Improper Handling of a Firearm in a Motor Vehicle, following a no-contest plea. Shipp contends that the trial court erred by overruling his motion to suppress evidence seized as a result of the seizure of his wallet from his pocket and the search of the glove compartment of the motor vehicle he was driving.
