{¶ 1} This matter is before the Court on the Notice of Appeal of Darrell S. Hatfield, filed April 11, 2012. Hatfield was convicted on March 16, 2012, following a no contest plea, on one count of grand theft, in violation of R.C. 2913.02(A)(2).
