{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Jeff Oloff appeals from his conviction and sentence, following a no-contest plea, for Illegal Cultivation of Marijuana in violation of R.C. 2925.04(A) and Possession of Criminal Tools in violation of R.C. 2923.24(A).
