{¶ 1} An individual may not be paid unemployment compensation benefits if the individual was discharged for just cause in connection with the individual's work. Appellee-Claimant was discharged by Appellant-Employer because she pleaded guilty to misdemeanor charges that stemmed from a domestic dispute involving herself and her estranged husband's girlfriend.
