FROELICH, J.

{¶ 1} Ralph Donaldson appeals from a judgment of the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas, which found him guilty on his guilty plea of involuntary manslaughter. The trial court sentenced him to a mandatory term of five years of imprisonment, to be served consecutively with his sentences in other cases.
