DONOVAN, J.

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant Lewis Wesley Cutlip appeals his conviction and sentence for one count of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor, in violation of R.C. 2907.04(A)(B)(1), a felony of the fourth degree. Cutlip filed a timely notice of appeal with this Court on March 6, 2012.
