{¶ 1} Plaintiff-appellant the State of Ohio appeals a decision of the Clark County Court of Common Pleas granting a pre-trial motion in limine filed by defendant-appellee Chelssie Elizabeth Sheppard. The State filed a timely notice of appeal on June 5, 2012.
